If you prefer to use a different email interface and send & receive AOL mail, you need to set up your AOL server settings. This might seem a bit complicated, but don’t worry, this article will help you do it easily. We have also included how you can configure AOL mail settings in Microsoft Outlook.
Aol mail (a division of Yahoo Inc.) is a web-based email service provider (ESP). Aol mail offers:
SMTP Server name: smtp.aol.com
SMTP Port: 465
Encryption: TLS / SSL encryption
SMTP Username: your entire AOL email address (including the “@aol.com”)
SMTP Password: your AOL mail password
AOL Server name: pop.aol.com
Port Number: 995
POP Password: your AOL mail password
AOL Mail IMAP Server: imap.aol.com
IMAP Password: your AOL email password
Reminder: when you enter your email account info, make sure you're using your full email address with the @aol.com domain name. You also need to enable the SSL encryption for both incoming and outgoing mail.
Now, let’s see how you can successfully add account settings in Outlook, Gmail, and other email clients.
Email clients usually allow you to set up IMAP, SMTP, and POP settings through account settings in the mobile email app/desktop email app.
First, add your existing Aol mail account in the mail app. Now let’s look at how you can manually set up SMTP for your incoming and outgoing email in Microsoft Outlook.
Now you are all set to sending emails with the updated settings. This same SMTP server settings apply for both Windows 10 mail app or Mac and iPhone or Android mail apps.
Now you can send outgoing emails to your recipients with the SMTP settings. However, you need to set up IMAP and POP settings to receive emails.
Log in to your existing Outlook account. Now, click on File > Info > Account Settings > Server Settings.
Now, on IMAP account settings, click on Incoming Mail and enter the AOL Mail IMAP Server Settings.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
Active leads are the contacts you upload in Smartlead, similar to contacts in HubSpot; if you upload 1000 leads to a campaign, they are considered 1000 active leads. If you upload similar leads to a new campaign, they are not considered a “new active lead” as they already exist in our system.
